In Kasarwadi, the PCMC’s dream project of implementing construction works on the road patch between Nashik Phata to Sandvik Asia Company has been delayed.
The objective of the dream project objectives is to make communication easy and fast from Pimpri Chinchwad. Because of this the time required to travel is almost doubled and this is the reason why PCMC came up with the planning to build a network of concrete roads with grade separators and approach roads. Also, the project involves construction of 3 grade separates.
The construction of one grade separator has been completed but two more grade separators are even-being completed. But, the frequent delays in starting and completing the project have restricted the dream project.

Although Ashish Kumar Sharma commissioner of PCMC wants to complete the project as soon as possible. The project is even missing deadline. On August 1st, the newest construction work missed its deadline is the road patch between Nashik Phata to Sandvik Asia Company.
The Sanjay Bhosle in charge of this project said -
We are not planning to inaugurate the project work officially as we are trying to complete the entire proposal with in a few months.
As its start the dream project has been swamped in controversy with regularly missing deadlines. The dream project was introduced in year of 2007.
Only one front out of three grade separators planned for PCMC building has been completed.
At different other patches the dream project has been delayed. Paradoxically at some spots the land purchase process also has been awaiting as long. PCMC has not been acquired the land to build up the road between Harris bridge - Dapodi patch.
